Built as the world's largest international furniture showroom, this five-story full expanse exhibit hall and convention center serves the High Point, North Carolina area. The 500,000 square foot convention center provides 320,000 square foot of interior exhibit spaces separated by a full height atrium. The owners required maximum efficiency in the floor plan and "World Class Architecture" as expressed in the exterior imagery.

The project was completed in 2001 and received SEAOSD's Excellence in Structural Engineering Award for 2001.
