This project involved the structural design of a three-story, 3,240 sq. ft. single-family residence, with underground garage, located in La Jolla, CA.

The structural systems included concrete, wood, steel, and masonry to resist the vertical and lateral loadings. The home, featuring exposed concrete finishes, was designed for owner/architect, Laura Ducharme Conboy and won a 2004 AIA San Diego Design Award Citation.
