'On Broadway' involved the historic rehabilitation and seismic upgrade of the Walker Scott Building in downtown San Diego for retail/entertainment occupancy, conversion of the U.S. Grant Jr. Building to a mixed use structure currently anchored by a Yard House Restaurant, and the design of a new 8-story parking structure located at 1026-1048 Fifth Avenue.
