This seven (7) building facility was a
design build project, constructed in the 21 Area of MCB, Camp Pendleton.
The largest building consisted of a high bay, long span vehicle
maintenance building that included a bridge crane, vehicle maintenance
pits, storage areas and administrative support spaces in the two-story
portion of this masonry and structural steel structure. All of the
structures on this campus were constructed with structural steel and
masonry superstructures and included additional vehicle maintenance
buildings, a warehouse, vehicle support shade shelters and wash racks.
